How to reach us:

We staff our office around the clock. We pick up the phone starting at 6AM and ending at 8 PM. All patients are seen on an appointment basis. To make an appointment call 860-537-3435 or 800-537-3435 and follow the prompts on the phone. The menu changes throughout the day, so be sure to follow the menu options when you call. We leave approximately 20 open appointments each day for urgent cases. If you have an urgent case call as early as possible in the day so that we may fit you in.

Emergencies:  We provide Emergecny Services during the following hours:

  Monday - Friday  6 AM -8 PM

Saturday - Sunday  6 AM - NOON
