Fees, Deposits, and Payments:
We want you to take the best care possible of your pet; therefore we try to maintain our fees so that they are affordable. However, in serious cases where animals need surgery or a long stay in the hospital the cost of treatment can become expensive.

We are always willing to give you a written estimate of the cost if you request it. Also we post fees daily, so that you may ask the phone receptionist what your balance is through the previous nights hospitalization.
Payment is required on discharge of your pet. We have discontinued all "in house" billing. We accept Master Card, VISA, checks and cash. If you have an unexpected expense that is over $300, then an extended interest-free payment plan may be available, if you qualify.
We want to be open with you about our charges. If you have concerns that you may not be able to pay your bill, or other questions, please discuss these concerns with the admitting doctor.
